From sprained ankle to a complex multi-structural injury - let me help you get back to full function. I specialise in lower limb injuries, with a special interest in hip, groin, pelvis and lower back.
Your recovery will be based around you and your life - incorporating latest evidence and making sure you are pushing your body as much as possible, and as little as you have to!

Teaching and workshops
I have had the privilege of lecturing at several universities, delivering keynote speeches at national and international conferences, and leading courses, workshops, and charity events. These opportunities have allowed me to share knowledge, connect with diverse audiences, and advocate for better understanding of complex musculoskeletal health.
I am especially passionate about supporting female athletes - a group that has historically been underrepresented in research, education, and clinical practice. Whether working with elite performers or those simply trying to stay active, I focus on addressing the unique challenges women face in sport and physical activity.
